A quick and dirty throw-together; it isn’t pretty, but damn does it taste good.
1/3 pound fresh Ahi tuna, 1/2 inch cubed
1 green mango, 1/2 inch cubed
1 small shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 inch piece of ginger, minced
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon ponzu sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
Combine all ingredients in a small, covered container and refrigerate 1 hour.
