		<description>I stuffed a chunk of Gruyere cheese in with the pecan this last time and it was sublime.  

I also tried soaking the dates in bourbon, but left them in too long (8-10 hours because I forgot about them) and it was overkill.  I&#039;m going to play with a bourbon maple glaze to brush on after grilling.  I&#039;ll let you know how it turns out.</description>
